We took the Chief of Army Corps of Engineers to dinner at the Fish Market. Selected what we wanted to eat then took it to a restaurant in the basement to prepare it for us. Besides great crab and prawns (huge) I tried live Octopus. Really no flavor but they really put up a fight clinging to your teeth - hence, the Soju! Pictured with with is Harry Kim who has been with the Corps for over 50 years. Great guy!
